Single-Serving Peanut Butter Cookie

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons beaten egg
- 2-1/2 tablespoons flour
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Directions

| Preheat oven to 350°. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt, mix well, and set aside. | |
